Our reception will be happy to help you with luggage storage.
Depending on availability, we offer you a late check out for a fee.

Our hotel is located in a short-parking zone, with parking fees charged Mon-Fri,  09:00-22:00. As a guest of our hotel, you will receive special rates at a nearby garage „Cobdengasse“ (€ 30/24 hrs.).

Please note that the height of the vehicle may not exceed 1.85 m.

Per Apartment only one baby or extra bed can be provided, after consultation with the reception.

• Baby cot: free of charge
• Children bed: € 25,- / per night for children between 4 and 17 years
• Extra bed: € 50,- / per night older than 18 years

WiFi is available in all rooms and public areas free of charge.

• Standard rate: Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. The cancellation must be made in writing.
• Non- refundable: if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The following payment methods are accepted: cash payment, bank payment, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

• Standard rate: As a guarantee, the total amount will be authorized on the credit card approximately one week before arrival. No debit will be made.
• Non- refundable: the total amount will be charged on the day of booking.

Please note that a reservation can only be maintained with a valid credit card.

The rooms will be cleaned daily.
Bed linen and towels are provided by us.

A washing and ironing service can be used for a fee.

All of our studios and suites have a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen.

In Vienna, the tap water can be drunk without hesitation. It is high spring water from the Prealps.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

Out of consideration to other guest we kindly ask you not to smoke in the Apartments. Guests, who nevertheless smoke in the room, will be charged for an additional night for keeping the Apartment free on that evening, since we cannot rent it out that night.

Four-legged friends are allowed on request and will be charged at € 15 per day. Please find any further information here

For your safety all public areas are video monitored.

Each of our apartments has fire and smoke detectors. The escape plan can be found on the apartment door.
